Happy election day! We hope everyone was able to go out and vote either in person or by mail. Read on for this week’s information:

Olympian Clinic - UPDATED TIMES

Team members, please check your email - Coach Tim sent out a notice regarding an update to the clinic times this weekend. Please make sure your swimmer checks into their clinic time with their appropriate group and come with questions! 

Schedule Changes for this Weekend:

NO TEAM PRACTICES both Saturday & Sunday. This is for Senior Elite, Senior, Accelerate, Challenge, Discover, Explore & Embark, - make sure to attend your clinic!!

*Saturday Practices for PreComp and SwimFit will be MOVED to Sunday.

Sunday

PreCcomp M/W/S & PreComp T/H/S: 2:00 - 2:45pm

SwimFit M/W/S & SwimFit T/H/S: 2:45 - 3:30pm

Swim Meets at WEST November 7th:

7am-12pm: SSCD

2 - 5pm: Golds

Lessons will run as normal, all other programs have been cancelled. Any WEST officials looking for extra hours are welcome to help for the Gold’s Meet, please contact Coach Emily if you are interested. WEST swimmers will NOT compete at these meets.

Reassurance Regarding COVID Case

We wanted to reassure everyone that WEST is following our Reopening Policies and COVID Exposure Control, Mitigation and Recovery plans amply, and have even added additional cleaning measures to err on the side of caution. We are confident in our operations and protocols;  they were designed to protect against the further spread of COVID, if and when a positive case entered the facility.
