WEST Holiday Training & Pool Schedule

Hello WEST,

Attached is our Holiday Pool & Training Schedule for the weeks December 21, 2020 - January 3rd, 2021. Any changes made to this schedule will be notified within a WEST Weekly email leading up to our holiday training. We will return to normal operating schedule on January 4th.

It is a long standing tradition that each winter break, swim teams do significant training; however, we understand that this year has been significantly different. While we may be running less practices, the schedule is structured to balance all of our programs to accommodate our current capacity restrictions. It is still a crucial time for our swimmers to focus on the new habits they have been working on and the differences that can be made to promote progress in the sport as they approach the spring.
