Congratulations and Farewell to WEST's Front Office Manager Amber Douglas

Dear WEST Families and Friends,

Coaches and staff wish to congratulate Amber Douglas on over 5 amazing years of service as our Front Office Manager! We wish her the best of luck as she steps away at the end of January to pursue new life adventures for her and her family.

Amber came to WEST in November of 2015. Since that time, she has dedicated her time and energy in ensuring all people that came to the pool had the best experience they possibly could. Her dedication to the organization and attention to detail made it evident that she was the best person to help manage the front office at WEST for the long term.

We have been so incredibly fortunate to have had Amber with us through thick and thin these past few years. She structured the office to operate as effectively as possible and ensured clear communication with families within and outside of our organization. Amber became the face & personality of WEST Coast Aquatics, appearing at multiple community events to help spread the word of swimming & increase awareness for aquatic education. Her kind, thoughtful, and firm approach has helped foster a culture of teamwork and excellence at WEST. While we are sorry to lose Amber, we are excited to see where her next adventure takes her!

WEST Management has been working tirelessly to ensure a smooth transition as Amber prepares for her departure. The front office email will still be the main point of contact as Amber helps to onboard and train the new individual.
