Weekend Schedule Changes

Age Group & Development Swimmers: No Practices Saturday and Sunday, swimmers are expected to be at meet from 7 - 10am at WEST. This includes the following groups: Challenge, Discover, Explore, Embark. For meet information, please click here.

Accelerate: Qualifiers will compete at the SMAC meet @ Snohomish Aquatic Center on Friday Only. Meet info found on PNS here. Practice will run as normal Friday morning for any non qualified swimmers that are NOT attending the meet. No practice for all of Accelerate on Saturday and Sunday.

Senior: Qualifiers will compete at the SMAC meet @ Snohomish Aquatic Center on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.  Those senior swimmers NOT competing at the meet will have practice Saturday 5:30-7:00am @ WEST. Meet info found on PNS here.

Summer Team: No practices on Saturday or Sunday. Summer League meet @ WEST Saturday afternoon 2:30pm. For any questions regarding the summer league meet, please contact Coach Bryan at [email protected].

Lap Swim: Lap swim will begin Saturday at 5:30pm to accommodate for the swim meet. Sunday lap swim will run as scheduled, beginning at 5:00pm.
