Weekend Changes

Summer Team, Swim Lessons, Lap Swim will run as scheduled through the weekend.

 

No Competitive Team Practices on Saturday or Sunday.

 

Friday 7/30 

Last Explore & Embark practice 6:30 - 8:00pm (normal time)

Last Accelerate, Challenge, Disco practice: 12:00 - 2:00pm. This is for any swimmers that will NOT be at the meet Friday.

Senior: NO PRACTICE
