Hello WEST Community,
We are approaching our final Championship Meet weekend with the PNS 15 & Over Champs at KCAC! Good luck to all of our swimmers heading down to Federal Way! Read on for this week’s news:

January Changes: Please read Nick’s email here. Swimmers have been receiving individual emails from their coach for group moves. We understand that there may be some questions regarding this restructuring, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to your group coach for any questions, we are happy to help!
15 & Over Champs
Meet information is posted online here - please ensure that your swimmer is at the pool by 7:00am to be in the water by 7:15am minutes early so that they have time to settle in, change, etc. Coach Nick will be sending out an email with more information to the senior group.

Parent volunteers for lane timing: You will need to check in at the volunteer desk and receive a badge allowing you to be on the pool deck.
The Little League lot will be available for parents to park in after dropping off their swimmer.

Friday, 12/17:
Senior (not at meet): 4:00 - 6:00pm
Accelerate: 4:00 - 6:00pm
Challenge 7:00 - 8:30pm
Discover: 6:00 - 7:30pm
Explore & Embark: 6:00 - 7:00pm
Saturday, 12/18:
Senior, Accelerate (not at a meet): 7:00 - 9:00am
Challenge & All Discover: 10:00am - 12:00pm
Explore & Embark: 12:00 - 1:00pm
Lessons, SwimFit, PreComp and Lap/Open Swim will run at their normal time Saturday.
Reminder: WEST is CLOSED Sundays.
Holiday Food Drive! - last few days to donate at WEST
WEST will be collecting non perishable food items for the Mill Creek Food Bank now through December 17th. They are currently in the biggest need of Peanut Butter, Jelly, Cereal and Pancake Mix, but are also accepting any non perishable and personal items (such as toilet paper, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.) as well!
You can donate a monetary value as well by going to their website here. Our collection bin will be located in the front office through December 17. Let’s help give back directly to our community!
WEST Team Apparel Sale
We are having our LAST team apparel BLOWOUT sale in the green observation room at the end of the deck from 6:00 - 7:00pm on Thursday 12/16! We will have discounted shirts, tank tops, and more, as well as regularly priced team caps. Sales will be cash or check only .
WEST is thankful to be a part of a hard working and passionate community and we look forward to every new day at the pool.
