Spectators

  • Only volunteers may be on deck. Check your volunteer position here!

  • While we will not allow any spectators, spectators will be able to view from outside, and we will have a live-stream link shortly!

Covid Protocols

  • All athletes, coaches, officials, and volunteers will be required to wear a face mask at all times when not in the water. If you’d like to bring a plastic or silicone bag and a small towel or washcloth to dry your face off before you put your mask back on, that might be a good idea!

  • No spectators will be permitted inside the building, including in the lobby or the entryway to the pool.

  • Spectators are welcome to view the meet through the exterior windows of the facility, and the meet will also be live streamed. There is plenty of field area around the facility that are available for families to set up tents or chairs during the meet.

  • There will be no concessions available for athletes.

Apparel

  • You should ONLY be wearing WEST team clothing and a WEST cap, even during warm-up.

  • Please refrain from wearing any clothing from other sports teams (high school, collegiate, professional, etc.)

  • Everyone should wear their lime green Popeye WEST shirt on Saturday!

Cellphones

  • Please remember there should be no cell phones out during swim meets!

  • Swimmers - All seeding and meet information can be found posted around the pool, and/or is sent out ahead of time. Swim meets are a great time to forge relationships and make your team stronger! You can play music, but just press play and then put it away. Enjoy the time away from the digital world!

  • Parents - Please try to refrain from messaging or calling your swimmers while they are on deck at a meet. Checking a phone for a message from a parent can quickly change to browsing social media and the internet. Please allow your swimmers to remain present and with their teammates during the meet.
