WEST Weekly

Hello WEST Community,

Congrats to all of our swimmers that competed at our WEST single Age Group invite this past weekend at Kamiak High School. It was awesome being able to race swimmers from Coach Carlene’s last team, Palo Alto Stanford Aquatics and the kiddos were able to gain new insights to the swimming world outside of PNS :) We can’t wait to see PASA again and look forward to new opportunities in the future to meet other new teams.

Thank you to all our hardworking volunteers that helped make last weekend’s swim meet at Kamiak such a success. Many swimmers competed in finals for the first time and we had lots of significant time drops. It was great to see our entire community come together to pull it off and are especially thankful to those families that went above and beyond. We saw swimmers helping out while both parents worked the meet, and couldn’t have done it without their dedication. Volunteer hours will be posted to accounts shortly, please make sure to double check and communicate with us timely if there are any issues. Any questions regarding your hours? No Changes in Weekend Schedule!

All programs will run at their normally scheduled times this weekend including our competitive groups, PreComp, SwimFit, Swim Lessons, and lap / open swim. WEST is closed on Sunday.

WEST is Hiring!

As we look forward to spring, WEST is focusing on hiring for all positions; Swim Instructors, Lifeguards, and coaches with full time schedules available.
