Hello WEST Community,

Happy Friday the 13th! What a weekend to have Coleman Stewart work with our team kids last week! Coleman focused on many topics out of the water including his upbringing, how he came to enjoy and find meaning in the sport (he didn’t always love it), actively deciding to work hard and being your best, and how he plans to prepare for his future with his goals. 

In water, Coleman focused on the importance of consistently practicing skills correctly and how he “may not be the fastest swimmer in the world, but he does have the fastest underwater kicks”

Weekend Schedule at WEST: 

Saturday 5/14: NO Team Practices due to the meet. This includes Senior, Accelerate, Challenge, Discover, Explore, Embark.

Swim Lessons, PreComp, SwimFit, Lap Swim will run as normal.

Summer Team Registration is Now Open!

Summer team is a fun way to get swimmers excited to join Pre-Comp, SwimFit, & other training groups at WEST and in our local area! It’s also great for high schoolers who are interested in training through the off season! 

Summer Team is a great introduction to competitive swimming in a fun, safe environment and we highly recommend it to all PreComp and SwimFit swimmers who wish to continue training through the summer at WEST.
