End of Short Course Season & Start of Long Course Swimmers will individually finish their short course season either this weekend at the Last Chance Meet, next week at Sectionals or the following week at Regionals. During the 3-4 weeks following SCY Championship meets, practices will focus on fundamentals and swimmers need to make the technique changes that their coaches recommend. Hello WEST Families! just as a reminder, tomorrow is our annual letter writing breakfast for our fundraiser SwimAThon. Every year, swim teams across the nation host a fundraiser, SwimAThon, during which the kids swim 200 laps (or for 2hrs, whichever comes first) and solicit donations from family, friends, and local businesses for their teams.  The fundraiser is put on in part by USA Swimming, so 95% of proceeds go directly to our WEST team and 5% goes to USAS.   WEST's 2018 SwimAThon will be on Friday, April 13th for...
