Training Opportunities!

In order for our swim meets to take place, we NEED ALL PARENTS to have officials training at some capacity. Please consider taking a course to help out with the swim meets for the 2022 swim season. 

Swim Alberta is hosting official's clinics via zoom for all ASSA and NWT clubs. The clinics are first come, first served. We have a maximum capacity of 100 per clinic (including instructors and myself). Registration will close for each clinic at 9am the weekday before the clinics date, unless capacity is reached. These clinics are a great opportunity for you to fill gaps in your rosters in your clubs, as it is a webinar with a live instructor officials are not required to shadow after a webinar. All officials who complete the clinics will get credit on their profile which Swim Alberta will update. I will notify Club Official Administrators of the individuals that take the clinic once their information is updated on the system.

TUESDAY May 3 – 6pm-8pm Recorder-Scorer

WEDNESDAY May 4 – 6pm-8pm Stroke & Turn 

THURSDAY May 5 – 6pm-8pm Starter

FRIDAY May 6 – 6-8pm CJE/CFJ 

SATURDAY May 7 4pm-6pm Clerk of Course

WEDNESDAY May 18 6pm-8pm – Meet Manager
