BAM News: Ray Pool Meeting and PNA Champs!

Ray Williamson Pool Revitalization Update meeting today! The meeting is at 7:00 in the Teen Center (big room off the lobby of the pool), or you can listen via Zoom (meeting ID 859 9953 6968). For more information see the Current Projects page of the BIParks website.
News for the week:
- Starting next week BAM will have all six lanes of the pool for all 9AM practices! The number of available slots in the SignUpGenius has increased so we can fill this extra space. If you have a flexible schedule, give the 9AM practice a try.
- Registration for PNA Champs is open! This is the only meet where BAMmers represent our workout group (BAM) instead of our team (Puget Sound Masters). It’s a two-day meet (April 13 and 14) held at the King County Aquatic Center in Federal Way. If you only swim one meet a year, swim this one BAMFest in October! But if you want to swim a meet in addition to BAMFest, this is a good one to choose. It’s a popular meet for BAMmers, so you’ll have the support of your teammates and Coach April. Plus you’ll get to hobnob with swimmers from all over the Puget Sound area.
- Want a warm-up meet before PNA Champs? Entries for the TACM March Madness meet (Sunday, March 10 in Anacortes) will close this Sunday, March 3rd. Three BAMmers are already signed up… want to join them?
