Ray Pool Rehabilitation Meeting Report
Happy Friday, BAM!
Wednesday’s Park District meeting to discuss the rehabilitation of the Ray Pool was well attended by BAMmers, both in-person and virtual. It was a presentation of information rather than a discussion, with time for a few questions at the end. The Park Board of Commissioners would really like feedback from the community, and have published a survey to collect it. Responses will be collected until… Monday, I think? Surveys (and a collection box) are available in the pool lobby, or can be filled out electronically.
The next opportunity for discussion will happen next week – Thursday, March 7 at 6:00p – at the Park Board meeting at the Bainbridge Island Recreation Center (BIRC). The decision making process is moving quickly due to permitting issues.
