BAM News: Saturday Practice Reminder, Event Info, and Summer Hiatus
Happy Wednesday, BAM!
Are you a senior who swam today? And perhaps wore your flip flops while you were at the pool? Then congratulations for celebrating National Senior Health and Fitness Day, and National Flip Flop Day! It’s also National Paperclip Day – a sign that we should stick together?
News for the week:
- Reminder: the first Saturday practice has been shifted five minutes later -- it is now 6:05a to 7:20a. Swimmers may get in the pool as early as 6a for an extra five minutes of warm up.
- The entry form for the PNA LCM Meet (July 6-7) is now live. The deadline for entries is June 30.
- Fat Salmon (July 27) is filling up – only 46 spots remain.
- BAM will take its summer hiatus in the last two weeks of August this year: August 19 to September 2. Ray pool status TBA.
