BAM News: Congrats!, Winter Weather, Schedule Reminder, and Many Meets
Happy Wednesday, BAM!
Congratulations to Andi (who set PNA records in the 200m, 400m, 800m, and 1500m Free), Barbara (who negative split her mile), and Larry (who streamlined past the flags and maintained consistent splits for every. single. fifty)! Thanks for representing BAM at the Masters Mile.
News for the week:
- With the ongoing winter weather, please keep an eye on your email, the Aquatic Center website, and/or BAM’s SportsEngine website for updates on delays and cancellations.
- Reminder – the current planned closure start date for the Ray Williamson pool is Monday, February 24th. We will continue on our current practice schedule until that day, when we will switch to the new practice schedule. Both schedules can be found on BAM’s SportsEngine website.
- So many upcoming meets.
- WWU Viking Invitational: Sunday, February 16 in Bellingham. Registration deadline is this Sunday, Feb. 9!
- TACM March Madness: Sunday, March 2 in Anacortes
- PSM Pentathlon: Sunday, March 23 on Mercer Island
- PNA Champs: Sat/Sun, April 12-13 in Federal Way
- World Aquatics Master Championships: August 7-14, Singapore
- USMS Spring Nationals: April 24-27, San Antonio
- USMS Summer Nationals: August 6-10, Federal Way
