Barring any last-minute changes, practices in Nakata start on Monday. Here’s a reminder of how the SignUpGenius will work.

You can find the workout schedule above, or on the front page of the BAM website.

Wednesday at 7:00p: The SignUp goes live per usual. Level 1, 2, and 3 swimmers can sign up for 1, 2, or 3 practices, respectively.

Saturday at 7:00p : The restrictions are lifted, and Level 3 swimmers can sign up for additional practices.

Sunday at 7:00p : The SignUp closes. If you need to cancel a SignUp send an email to [email protected].

Reminder: 8:00a practices are for fast swimmers (100 Free on 1:40 interval or faster), and 9:00a practices are for not-as-fast swimmers (100 Free on 1:45 interval or slower).

Sunday evening practices will be at Olympic High School.
