News for the week:

Starting next week (today’s SignUp): a single 12:30-1:45p practice will replace the current dual practices on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. This practice will be 1 hour and 15 minutes long and is open to all BAMmers.

The registration surcharge for the USMS Summer Nationals (Aug. 6-10 in Federal Way) increases from $80 to $100 this Tuesday, June 3 rd. Enter before midnight on Monday to pay the lower fee.

Interested in getting some 50m racing experience before Nationals? Velocity Swimming is hosting the 2025 Starlight Open in Wenatchee from Friday, June 20 through Sunday, June 22. This is a combined USMS and USA Swimming event.

TWIM is hosting a clinic, Cultivating Lasting Improvements in Your Strokes: A Holistic Approach, on Saturday, June 28 from 9:30-11:30 at the Snohomish Aquatic Center. Along with the in-pool clinic, the event includes pre- and post-clinic Zoom sessions.
