Welcome to the one-day-early edition of the weekly BAM email. Sent early because I’ll be in Federal Way tomorrow, timing the 1500m Free and cheering for Barbara and Andi as they swim it.
 
News for the week:
  • Many thanks to Lisa and Leilani, who will keep practices running smoothly in Ray while April, Kate, and Tamara spend much of the week at Nationals.
  • The PNA organizing committee is still happily welcoming volunteers: USMS Summer National Volunteer SignUp. Sign up if you want in on the action without having to swim.
  • Save the date! The BAM Boosters Summer Pool Party will be Sunday, August 24, from 5:30 to 8:30 at the BIRC.
