Ignore "Overdue Balance" email(s)

Hi Shark Families,

The system is automatically generating emails to some folks stating they have an overdue balance. Please ignore this. We have been working with TU to try to stop this since last year, and somehow have not been able to resolve the issue.

We are trying a different route this year. I have generated a credit for all of the Overdue Balances. Please ignore any emails regarding the Credit as well. This should clear it all out and make this issue a lot easier to deal with next year, if at all. Thank you for your patience.
