Champs T-Shirt Opportunity - Pre-order Due 7/1 + Reminders

Hi Sharks,

Here is the information to order your Champs t-shirt in preparation of the event later in July. All pre-orders are due by 7/1. The pre-order price is $16 while there will also be a limited number available at Champs for $20.

As a reminder, we have moved the FARM meet start time to 8am as a preventative measure for the extreme heat. Here is the schedule:

Arrival times:

• 6:30am Chaperones
• 6:45am Swimmers
• 7:00am Warmups
• 7:00am All other volunteers arrive
• 7:40am Timers Meeting/Huddle
• 7:55am National Anthem
• 8:00am Meet Start

Reminder, for 10 and under Sharks, please check your children in with the parent chaperone’s, do not just “drop” them off. This is important to ensure that all kids get checked-in for the meet. Also, you must stay on the deck during the meets. All meets require attendance of at least one parent or responsible adult (19 years old or older) for swimmers age 10 and under.

The Snack bar will open at 9am and have breakfast burritos!!

• 10 and Under Floater
• 6 and Under Boys
• 9/10 Boys
• 11/12 Boys
• 11/12 Girls
• Clerk of course
• Stop Watch timers (4)

ADDITIONAL REMINDERS:

• If you did not get a chance to pick up your Sharks shirt, please email Emily at [email protected] to arrange pick up.  Additionally, there are a limited number of shirts, tanks, magnets, and silicone caps available for sale.  If you are interested, please email Emily at [email protected]

• Wednesday July 2^nd – away meet against Hollow Rock (HRST) – Registration Deadline Sunday June 29^th
