Dryland starts tomorrow!
Hello Cardinals!
Welcome to the 2023 Season! To kick our season off, we will be having some awesome dryland this coming Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6-7 PM at the field right next to our Cardinal Hill pool. I would very much like everyone to be there if possible as it's my first time to put a name to the face of everyone. If you cannot make it, no worries I’m sure I’ll see you soon! Here is some of the stuff I would bring during your first week.
-Sunscreen if needed
-Water
-Shoes
-A great attitude!
-Code of Conduct Form (see attachment)
I will be sending out more information regarding swim team later this week.
