WEEK ONE Update - Welcome!

Hi Cardinal Hill Swim Team Families!

Our 2025 summer swim season officially begins TOMORROW!

Our coaches are ready to lead our swimmers in three fun Dryland practices this week.  Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6-7pm, our swimmers will do light exercises, play games, and get to know their teammates and coaches.   Dryland practice is held at Saville Estates Park, right next door to Cardinal Hill Recreation Club.  Please plan to send your athlete in comfortable clothes and tennis shoes.

-If you are paying your registration fees by check, please plan to bring that with you or send with your child during water practices, beginning May 27th.

-Please mark your calendars for this Wednesday, May 21st - a Parent Meeting will be held in the CHRC clubhouse during your child’s regularly scheduled practice.  This meeting is especially important for new CHST families.

-Parrot Sports Gear will also have some suits available for purchase at our parent meeting 5/21.

-A team suit is optional, but we recommend any black or red suit to show our team spirit!  Girls’ suits MUST be one-piece.  Boys may wear trunks, jammers, or speedos.  Goggles are needed for water practices and meets.
