WEEK FIVE UPDATE: reminders and links

Hello!

We had a great first week of meets - on to the next!  

-We will be at West Carrollton tonight for our meet - please plan to arrive by 5 to give enough time for parking and set up.  Our water warmup time is 5:30, with the meet starting at 6.

-It is super helpful (especially for our younger kids) to have events written on swimmer’s arms in Sharpie. The format is: E H L (event, heat, lane). This helps coaches and clerk of course volunteers get your swimmer where they need to be. (See photo for example!)

-Our Champs meet is scheduled for July 12th, and there are t-shirts available for preorder!  Please place your order here:  https://west-carrollton-waves.square.site/

June 22nd is the order cut off date - limited amount will be available at the meet, so please order to ensure you have one.  

-Kids Night Out is scheduled for this Friday, weather permitting.  Look for a signup genius link to RSVP your swimmer.  

-We are still in need of a grillmaster and a runner for Thursday’s home meet against Miamisburg.  Please let us know if are able to help!
