WEEK SIX Updates - Photos, Parade, and Champs

Hello Cardinal Hill Swim Team Families!

We are already starting Week Six!  Please see below for a schedule reminder for this week:

Sunday, June 22nd - Cut off for Champs t-shirt preorder  https://west-carrollton-waves.square.site/

Monday, June 23rd - Deadline to declare for Thursday’s away meet against Idle Hour.  Evening practice.

Tuesday, June 24th - Morning practice. Evening Meet at HOME. Warmups START at 5, meet starts at 6.

Wednesday, June 25th - Evening practice

Thursday, June 26th - Morning practice. Evening Meet at IDLE HOUR (3590 Kemp Rd, Beavercreek). Warmups START at 5:30, meet starts at 6.

Friday, June 27th - Morning practice.

-Looking ahead to the following week, there will be practice as usual except for Friday, July 4th.  We will have NO meets that week, provided we do not need the makeup date on July 1st.  Cardinal Hill Swim Team will be participating in Beavercreek’s Fourth of July Parade - look for signup/information to come about that!

-Team photos are ready for ordering! Visit my.photoday.com and use code “CHST25” to view photos until they expire on JULY 4TH.  Use the Face Find feature to find your swimmer, and tag word “team” for the team photo.  Plastic bag tags are available for ordering separately - reach out to [email protected] for more info.

-Please keep our Champs Meet on your radar! It is coming up quickly (July 12th) and this meet is NOT one that we can add swimmers in after the cutoff.  The cut off to declare for this meet is JULY 5TH - so please take a moment to sign in to the Sports Engine app or our website to declare your swimmer as going or not - this saves our coaches a tremendous amount of time!

-We are in need of some volunteers and donations for the remaining meets this season - please consider donating concession items and remember that if your swimmer is signed up to swim, it is required to volunteer for one half a meet job.
