Thank you for participating in our 4th of July parade. We look forward to another great year! Attached to this email is your position in the parade. Please make sure you are aware of your place.

Where and When
Our parade will travel down Dayton-Xenia Rd. Starting at Meadowbridge to the High School.

Plan to be in your spot between 4:00 and 5:00 on Friday.  The roads will be blocked off at 5:30. We will need everyone ready to go by 5:30.

There will be volunteers to help find your spot. Organizations listed in bold and highlighted means you will line up on North Side, which is on Shoup Park/PNC Bank side, all others need to line up on the South Side (McDonalds side)

Please note the light signals range in height from 16’6” – 19’; please make sure your float will fit under them.

Have a representative check in at our volunteer tent – located on the South/McDonalds side in front of the BMV.     This will help us to know you are present and update you with any last minutes changes or information

End of Parade
Please refer to the attached “End of Parade Instructions” and familiarize your group (and driver) with the best way to proceed at the end of the parade.

Parking/ Dropping off
If you have walkers/marchers please drop them off at Beaver Vu Road.  Please use the parking lot across from Beaver Vu Bowl as drop off point. There will not be a place to turn around. If you are being dropped off by members of your group that are staying to watch the parade, encourage them to park at Beavercreek High School at the end of the parade, so afterward you will save the trip of backtracking.
Parents will not be able to pick up their children until around 7:00 in the high school parking lot; please share this with your entire group.
