WEEK EIGHT UPDATE: Final Swim Team Week!

Hi Cardinal Hill Swim Team Families!

Welcome to our last week of summer swim!!!  It’s hard to believe it’s already the end of the season. 

This week is a busy one!  Here are some schedule reminders:

Monday 7/7: normal evening practice

Tuesday 7/8: normal morning practice, afternoon meet at HOME against Vandalia (warmups begin at 5, meet begins at 6 - please plan accordingly)

Wednesday 7/9: normal evening practice

Thursday 7/10: normal morning practice 

Friday 7/11: NO MORNING PRACTICE

Last practice - 8 and under practice 5:30-6, pasta dinner 6-6:30

9 and older practice 6-6:30, pasta dinner 6:30-7

Everyone home early to get rest before Champs!

Saturday 7/12: CHAMPS (separate email to come)

Sunday 7/13: award ceremony at 1pm for 8 and under recognition in CHRC clubhouse

2pm for 9 and older recognition

Each award ceremony takes about an hour, then swimmers are invited to celebrate with an ice cream sundae and an hour of “fun” swim time with their teammates!

Tasha Nuttbrock is collecting money for coaches’ gifts.  You can give cash or do Venmo to @Tasha-Nuttbrock

There are some final volunteer opportunities needed this week:

-4 volunteers needed for Tuesday’s home meet

-4 pasta servers needed during the dinner Friday evening

-7 volunteer positions needed for Champs

-4 ice cream servers needed during the ice cream social Sunday
