Hi Cardinal Hill Swim Team Families! Our 2025 summer swim season officially begins TOMORROW! Our coaches are ready to lead our swimmers in three fun Dryland practices this week. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6-7pm, our swimmers will do light exercises, play games, and get to know their teammates and coaches. Cardinal Hill Parents, There will be a schedule adjustment for dryland practice TOMORROW, Wednesday May 24th. The 8 and under swimmers will practice from 6-7p, and the 9 and older swimmers will practice from 7-8p. Please make sure your swimmer has tennis shoes and a water bottle.
