Megan Bartlett Head Coach

Megan Bartlett began her swim career with Chantilly National as an 8 year old!  She went on to swim for Victor and York Swim clubs through her Senior year at Paul VI High School. She was a lifeguard, taught swim lessons and was a Jr Coach during High School. She was then an Assistant Swim Coach during her college summers (1995-1997).
Megan returned to Coaching at Chantilly National during the Summer of  2019 and also coaches Centreville Swim Club during the Winter Season. She is a USA Swimming Certified Coach with the following certifications: CPR, Lifeguarding, Safety Training, Background Check, Athlete Protection Training, Foundations of Coaching Requirements.

 
Matt Haupt Assistant Coach

Coach Matt Haupt

 Swimming Coach PVI High School

Coach Matt joined the PVI Swim & Dive program in the 2023-24 season but has been in the swimming world since he was eight years old. Originally from Pennsylvania, he was a D1 NCAA All-American, multiple times over, at Penn State University. He then swam on the US National swim team for four years, making the Pan American Games team as well as the World University Games team. He holds the 200 butterfly Masters Swimming National and World Record. Coach Matt has a passion for the sport of swimming and has brought his deep knowledge of the sport to the PVI program with great success in 2022/2023 season.  They include 3 individual team records were broken, the highest number of student athletes qualified for the state meet, along with the girl’s team being undefeated.

Maryn Brown Assistant Coach

Maryn Brown has been a member of the Chantilly National Bluefins since she was 4 years old. She was a member of the Riptide swim team in the winter season as well as the Westfield Swim and Dive team since her freshman year. She is now a rising senior at Westfield and was an assistant coach with Coach Megan at Chantilly National for the 2022 Bluefins season.

Samantha Seibel Assistant Coach

 

Samantha Seibel has been a part of the Chantilly National Bluefins since she was 12 and swam with the team through her senior year of high school in 2024. During her six years in the sport, she also swam for Freedom High School and the Torpedoes swim team. Outside of coaching, Samantha worked as a lifeguard at Chantilly National Pool for four summers. She's currently a student at West Virginia University, working toward her degree in Forensic Science.

Certifications include “SafeSport Trained”, CPR/AED, and Pool Operator.
