Neptunites 2025 Season Information and Fees!

REGISTRATION
Swimmers' age groups are calculated based on the swimmer's age on June 1, 2025. (If they have a summer birthday, their age for the entire season is calculated based on their age of June 1.)
Returning Families:
- Log into your previous Team Unify (or Sports Engine) account
- Update your swimmer's tshirt size
- Add the appropriate age group to your cart (This just adds Regular Season. Pre-season is added in your cart later.)
- Open your cart and assign your swimmer to the appropriate age group.
- To register for Pre-season, add the $25 Pre-season fee using the drop-down menu.
- Acknowledge and accept any outstanding waivers or agreements.
- Complete Payment.
New Families: Registration for new families opens 3/3/2025
- Create a new account with Team Unify and add your swimmer.
- Once your account is created and members are added, add the appropriate age group to your cart.
- Assign your swimmer to the age group.
- Click to acknowledge each agreement.
- Complete your payment.
2025 FEES
- $160 for preseason (3 nights per week beginning 3/24) AND regular season
- $135 regular season (4 nights per week beginning 5/5)
- $40 current high school swimmer
- $35 per family admin fee (this fee will be used to cover minimum wage increases, rising pool costs, and is in lieu of snack bar donations)
* A non-refundable credit card processing fee may apply
These fees include pool access, paid coaching for all regular and post-season practices and meets, a Neptunites t-shirt, and a team photo package.
Not included (but recomended) is a racing swimsuit, googles, and a swim cap (if your swimmer has long hair). These items can be purchased at our team store with swimoutlet.com.
Please confirm your swimmer's t-shirt size. If not manually changed, Team Unify will give us an old size for your swimmer.
PRESEASON
Starting March 24, we have limited staff to supervise three practices a week for swimmers who have completed a previous swim season (Monday 6-7, Tuesday 6-7, Thursday 6:30-7:30). New swimmers are not eligible to participate, with the exception of our Mini Neptunite program detailed below.
MINI NEPTUNITES for new 8 & under swimmers: *IMPORTANT*
We have an exciting opportunity to help our youngest swimmers get ready for the swim season. There will be an evaluation for new 8 & under swimmers on April 14. If swimmer is unable to make it across the pool, he or she is REQUIRED to participate in MINI NEPTUNITES, which will include practicing during the last three weeks of the preseason. The swimmers will be divided into small groups that each swim for 15 minutes with personalized attention. Parents will be notified of their 15 minute slot after April 14, but it will be within the 6:00-7:30 time frame on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Because this is mandatory, if you are unable to attend during this two week period, please reach out to a Board Member in person or e-mail us at [email protected].
This extra practice is designed to help as many swimmers as possible complete the 25 yard distance required to join the team. Parents only need to register and pay for the "Regular Season" for these swimmers. Swimmers who successfully swim across the pool on April 14 will not start practice until May 5. After Mini Neptunites, any swimmer who cannot swim 25 yards unassisted will be issued a refund of season dues minus credit card and admin fees and will be encouraged to join us next season to try again!
REGULAR SEASON PRACTICE TIMES
Regular season starts Monday, May 5. Practice will be held from 6-8pm at Monache High School. 6&unders have a 45 minute practice. All other swimmers have a 1 hour practice. Stay tuned for age group specific practice times. Starting May 19, practice will be held from 5:30-7:30pm.
