Glen Mid-Week and 9-10 Mini Meet Update

Just a Quick Mid-week update.

In this email you will find info for the 9-10 Mini Meet, Gator-A-Thon update and upcoming Meet deadlines.

This Saturday, the Glen hosts the 9-10 mini meet.  There is no practice on Saturday as we are hosting the meet.

9-10 Mini Meet Info

Thank you to everyone who has volunteered.  There are a few volunteer shifts open for the final concessions shift and concessions clean-up.  Remember that some of the volunteer shift times are approximate. 

• Report Time is 7:30 AM
• Meet starts at 9:00 AM

  Cash and Venmo will be accepted.

• Admissions are $5 for Adults, Heat sheets will be available for $2
• Bag Tags will be available for $5. Gator charms and Gator Food will also be available
• Concessions available with breakfast foods including breakfast burritos, bagels, donuts, coffee, pancakes, yogurt parfaits, and lunch items including Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, and home-smoked pulled pork sandwiches.

Parking Info: PLEASE CAR POOL and leave parking for our guests.

• The main Glen lot will be reserved for Coaches, officials, handicapped parking, and swimmer drop-off.
• Parking is available off Farmington Road

• Behind the Total Sports Building (TOCA Soccer and Sports). Do not park in the front spaces; this will be marked, 
• The Huron River Club.  22575 Farmington Road
• Roadside parking is also available on the north side of Freedom Road and in the neighborhood surrounding the Glen.  Please be aware of the parking signs.]  Do not park in the businesses west of the Glen.

·        All awards will be given to the coach following the meet.

GATOR-A THON

We are over halfway to our goal of $6000.  Please remember to turn in your donations to the blue box by the team bulletin board or Venmo to @FarmingtonGlen_Swimteam.  Donations are due June 22^nd to be considered for prizes.

• Monday, June 23^rd Away Meet at Woodside (Decline by June 19^th)
• Thursday, June 26^th Home Meet vs Cranbrook (Decline by Monday, June 23^rd)
• Saturday, June 28^th 8 and under mini-meet (Sign-up by Monday, June 23^rd)
