2023 Season Information and Order Deadlines
Just 1 week until Glen Practice starts!!!
Please read through everything to make sure you do not miss any deadlines.
If you missed the kick-off meeting all the handouts are available on the website under the resources tab.
This years totem is "The Awe-Shucks"

Important Dates:
- May 14th: Personalized Cap orders are due
- May 15th: Practice starts
- May 19th: Parent Shirt orders due
- May 22nd: Team suit store at the Glen 4:30-6:30 pm
- June 3rd: Team Photos and Green and White Meet,
- June 10th: Gator-a-thon
Important information:
- Practice Starts May 15th. If you have not yet registered, please do so as soon as possible/ payment is due the first week of practice and registration must be done by Friday, May 19th to ensure your swimmer receives a team shirt. Payment this year is $150 per swimmer and can be made via Cash, Check or Venmo @FarmingtonGlen_SwimTeam

- Silicone Cap orders are due Sunday May 14th. Orders can be placed through Bloomfield Sport here. This deadline is so that we can ensure we have caps for the first meet. Plain silicone caps are $12, and Customized caps are $30 for 2 (must be ordered in pairs.
- Parent Shirt Orders are due Friday, May, 19th. Please fill out this Google form to order shirts, they are $20 and you can order unisex or women’s V-neck styles. Payment can be made via Check or Venmo.
- Team Suit Store will be held at the Glen on May 22nd from 4:30 pm-6:30 pm. You will be able to purchase your suits there and take them with you. If you are unable to make the team store information on how to purchase a team suit will be out soon. This years suit will be Black with the Glen "G" Logo.
- Volunteer positions are now open. All volunteer positions are open for the meets and events.
- This year’s volunteer requirement is 5 hours per family and a contribution to the golf outing. Golf outing contributions can be golfing, attending the dinner, finding a sponsor, contributing to a basket or the wheelbarrow of cheer, or volunteering at the event.
- The fee for not completing your hours is $125.
- We still need volunteers to be on the golf outing committee and help with the Banquet
- Team Photos and the Green and White Meet are June 3rd.
- Individual photo information will be coming soon, Team Photo will be at 8:15am.
- Gator-a-thon will be held June 10th. More information coming soon.
