Next Dive Meet: June 25 MAC at Cool Dell: Divers check in AT 7:40; Warm-ups 7:50-8:30; Competition starts at 9:00
Dive Practice Friday: Dive practice Friday, June 24 will be in the afternoon, 4:30-6:30. There will be no morning dive practice on Friday.
Next Swim Meet: June 27 Cool Dell at Lake Chesterfield-
Pool Address - The address is 150 Waterside Drive located in the Lake Chesterfield neighborhood in Wildwood.
Timeline -
4:45 - 5:15 pm - Cool Dell Warm-Up (Arrive at least 15 minutes early)
5:10 pm - Timers Meeting by the Clubhouse/Announcer’s Tent
5:15 - 5:25 pm - Lake Chesterfield Little Gators Kickboard Race
5:25 pm - National Anthem
5:30 pm - Meet Begins
Parking - You may park in the parking lot by the clubhouse (please ENTER by the clubhouse and EXIT near the tennis courts AND drive slowly), in the parking lot of Apple Hill Preschool, or on the street. Please pay attention to any permanent NO PARKING signs along the street (those are enforceable by the city of Wildwood). We will have parking reserved for your coaches down by the basketball hoops. Please have your coaches pull their cars through the orange cones. There are typically 4-6 spots available.
Bullpen - Your bullpen will be in the grass located between the pool and the basketball courts. It is highly recommended that you bring EZ-Up tents for shade if it is going to be hot (it looks like we may not have a super hot meet this upcoming week, so you may not want or need any pop up tents; totally up to you all). Please make sure that swimmers clean up after themselves by placing all trash in trash cans. **Please remind your swimmers to stay out of the basketball and tennis courts, the garages by the lake, and the adult/baby pool.**
Concessions - During the meet our concession stand will be serving Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches, pizza, salad, Smoothie King smoothies, candy, soda, water, Gatorade, etc. The concession stand is the biggest fundraiser for our team, so we encourage everyone to visit the concession stand during the meet. We do accept cash and credit card.
Spectators - Please ask spectators to bring their own chairs. Visiting spectators can sit anywhere within the assigned spectator areas. Coolers are allowed, but absolutely NO glass within the pool fence please.
Alcohol - We do not sell alcohol. However, spectators are allowed to bring their own alcohol, just not in glass containers. If the alcohol comes in a glass bottle, please transfer it to a non-glass container before arrival. As always, workers are not allowed to drink alcohol or be impaired from drinking prior to arrival. If a worker is found to be drinking or impaired in any way, it is Gateway policy that the team of the offender must forfeit the meet. We take this league rule very seriously for our team and visiting teams.
Weather - The weather looks good as of right now for Monday. However, if it should rain/storm, both teams still need to show up so we can attempt to get the meet underway
Swim and Dive Party: Tuesday,June 28: 9:00-10:30 am instead of practice. Kids will participate in games and and get a frozen treat!
Silicone Swim Caps: Silicone caps are available for $12 each. Venmo payment is preferred. Caps will be available for pickup at swim meets.

Spiritwear: Extra Trucker Hats and Visors have been ordered- we will be getting 12 of each! So far, 8 visors and 5 trucker hats have been reserved. Hats are $25/each and the visors are $20/each. Swim and Dive Team Awards Banquet: Please join us for a fun night at the Cool Dell Awards Banquet, an awesome event where all of our hard-working swimmers and divers are recognized.

Job Duties: If you have a swimmer participating in the Conference Meet, each family is required to work at least one job. Please sign up for your job now. We also have several openings for our last few meets that could also be filled and job openings for the banquet have been opened. If you love volunteering or if you go to sign up for conference and can’t find an open shift please sign up to help at one of our other meets. We appreciate all your time and help so the meets can run smoothly!
