🗺️ Directions & Parking

From I-44, take Hwy 100 to High St. and turn right (look for the Iron Spike Train Museum). Continue on High St. (crossing over 5th St.) until you see the pool on the left, just before High St. ends.
🚗 Please use the upper lot by the old pool house for parking. The lower lot is reserved for public swim guests. (A separate email will be set to swimmer families with pictures detailing important info)

📆 Meet Day Schedule – Monday, June 23

• Arrival: 4:45 PM

• Warm-Ups:

  • Washington: 4:30 PM

  • Cool Dell: 5:00 PM

• Senior Night Recognition: 5:30 PM

• Meet Starts: 5:45 PM

• Heat Sheet: Will be emailed Monday afternoon

• Bullpen: Please bring tents, chairs, and blankets!

🍕 Concessions

We’ll have a cash-only stand with:

• Drinks

• Candy

• Orange Leaf frozen treats

• Pizza
  You may bring your own food and drinks, but please consider supporting our stand. No food or drink allowed on the pool deck.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Spectator Info

• Pool deck is standing room only.

• Bring lawn chairs to sit along the outside perimeter.

• Please be courteous and move around to allow space for other parents.

🏕️ Crash Area / Bullpen

Our team will set up in the upper park area near the old pool house.

• We'll call events from the stairs and walk swimmers down to the bullpen.

• No sunscreen or bug spray inside the bullpen—apply beforehand!

• Please bring a Pop Up Tent if you have one!

✅ Meet Conduct & Expectations

• Clean Up: Leave no trace—pick up trash and belongings.

• Bullpen = Not a drop-off zone. Stay close and check on your swimmers.

🤿 Dive Meet – Saturday, June 21

📍 Location: Cool Dell
🆚 MAC & Seven Pines

• Check-in with Coach Faddis: 7:40 AM

• Warm-Ups: Start immediately after check-in

• Meet Starts: 9:00 AM

🙋‍♀️ Job Volunteers Needed – Monday, 6/23

We urgently need:

• 7 timers

• 1 computer input volunteer

• Our bullpen is covered (barely).

👉 Sign up in SportsEngine or email us.
Bonus: Washington doesn’t allow spectators on deck, but volunteers can be poolside! Best seats in the house! 📸💦

🐠 Thursday = Fin Day!

• All groups use fins on Thursdays.

• Bring your own if possible:

  • Sporti Essential Fins

  • Speedo Long Blade Fins

• Loaners available (limited in larger sizes).

• Arrive early if borrowing; return to labeled bins afterward.

• Not mandatory for 9:45 and 10:30 groups.

🎖️ Ribbon Pick-Up

• 12 & under: Pick Up Ribbons from the file boxes at front desk on Wednesday mornings.

• 13+: Must opt-in. Email Mary at [email protected].

All Spiritwear is in! You can pickup your order from Christina Weyers (call 314-374-3680 to schedule pickup).
