Our swimmers and divers are ready to shine and show off all their hard work. Below is some important information for the upcoming days:

If you ordered team or individual photos, they’re ready!
📍 You can find them in your family file, where ribbons are normally picked up.

🗓️ Swim Practice – Thursday, July 11

8:00–8:45 AM – Ages 11–12 and 13 & Up
8:45–9:00 AM – Team Meeting (all age groups)
9:00–9:30 AM – Ages 10 & Under

Swim Conference:

🗓️ Friday Night Conference (11 & Older)
📍 Location: Cool Dell
⏰ Arrival Time: 4:05 PM
🔥 Warm-Ups: Begin at 4:20 PM

🗓️ Saturday Conference (10 & Under)
📍 Location: Cedarmill
⏰ Arrival Time: 7:40 AM
🔥 Warm-Ups: Begin at 7:55 AM

⛺ Help Needed: Cool Dell Canopy Tents for Saturday Conference

We need a few helping hands to bring and set up the Cool Dell canopy tents for the meet. There are four tents stored in the Cool Dell storage room.

If you’re coming to practice tomorrow morning, please grab one and bring it with you to the meet if you're able.

🏆 Banquet Reminders

Registration is now closed. The banquet will be held at Manchester United Methodist Church
📍 129 Woods Mill Rd.

🧾 Invoices were sent out Wednesday night — please submit payment as soon as possible.

🥤 Drinks: Only food will be provided, so please bring your own beverages for your family.

🍽️ Dinner: Fajitas and Chick-fil-A will be served starting at 5:30 PM
🏅 Awards Ceremony: Begins promptly at 6:45 PM

🙌 Banquet Help Needed!

We could use a few extra hands to make our end-of-season banquet a success!

🕓 Time: Set-up begins at 4:00 PM

We're looking for volunteers to help with:

Setting up tables and chairs before the banquet
Cleaning up after the event

💵 Prefer to give cash? No problem! Just place it in the Walerius family folder at the pool. We'll be checking it daily.

📋 Conference Job Sign-Ups

If your child is swimming in Conference, you are required to sign up for one volunteer duty.

You may choose to work either the Friday or Saturday session, and you’re welcome to volunteer during the session your child is not swimming.
