Schedule Changes - Reminder to Complete Form

Hello everyone!

This is a repeat of the information that was sent out previously. I got a few questions about the schedule changes, so I wanted to make sure everyone received this and had a chance to complete the request to add Saturday at Delaware.

October/November

The meet we had scheduled in November has been cancelled altogether. I have been considering some options to mitigate the impact of this change. There is another meet that takes place on the exact same weekend, which is just a little bit farther away at Cumberland Valley High School. It is about 1 hour and 20 minutes without traffic. We have gone there many times as a team, but it has been quite a few years. With the additional drive time, I plan to make this a one-day meet rather than a two-day event and attend only on Sunday.

To still provide equal opportunities to all events, we will make our October meet at Delaware TWO days rather than one.

ACTION NEEDED:

Since the entries have already been submitted, managing changes is a little complicated. If you would like to add Saturday or now attend both day, please submit this request. This is due by Monday at midnight!

December

Unfortunately, our December meet had to be moved to a new location and rescheduled. Luckily, this is far enough down the line that hopefully everyone can accommodate. It will now take place on December 5^th and 6^th, the weekend prior. The intrasquad meet, conditioning, and video stroke analysis will just swap weekends. So…

December 5^th and 6^th – USA Meet at Bowie State

December 13^th and 14^th – Intrasquad Meet, Video Stroke Analysis, and Conditioning all at the same times as before.
