Parent Update - Swim Season Volunteer Sign-Ups Open Feb 14 @ 8:30 am for All Families
Hello Families,
Our 2026 swim season has already started! As you know, swimming is a volunteer-intensive sport, and we rely on your help to make it a success.
Volunteer sign-ups will open for all parents this Saturday, February 14th, at 8:30 AM.
How to Sign Up
- LOGIN your account
- All positions are listed under a single event: “Campo Swim Parent Jobs 2026 Event” You do not need to search individual meets/events.
- Find the job you would like to perform, click the box associated with the job and then click the green "Signup" button which is located at both the top and bottom of the job descriptions.
- When signing up, please enter the name and cell phone number of the person that will fulfill the job in the pop-up. If this info changes later, email me directly.
Volunteer Requirements
- Every family is responsible for completing two (2) jobs for the season.
- Some specific roles count as two jobs; these are noted in the job description as "fulfills all job requirements."
- Please DO NOT sign up for more than two jobs to "hold" spots.
- We cannot offer substitutions at this time. Please ensure an adult family member is available for the dates you select.
Important Notes
- Sign-ups will close and lock on February 22nd at midnight.
- If you sign up as a Driver job, I will follow up with instructions on the mandatory district clearance process. You will need to fill out the “Volunteer Personal Automobile Use” form, which I will collect at a later date.
- If you sign up for specific events (e.g., Pasta Feed, food donations), you will receive a separate email with instructions closer to the date.

Please Note: Per team policy, if a family does not fulfill their volunteer requirements, their athlete may be removed from the roster or ineligible for meets.
