First Practice – Tuesday, May 30th
Swimmers need to be dressed in their swimsuits.
Goggles will be available for purchase.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled practice time.
Back to Swim Night (Parent Informational Meeting) – Tuesday, May 30th
There will be informational meetings held during each practice. (Swimmer attends practice & Parent(s) attends informational meeting - held on Pool Deck.)
Parents only need to attend 1 meeting.

Swimsuit “Try-on” – Tuesday, May 30th
Team Suits are NOT required.
Suit “Try on” – these are suits that the swimmers can try on to see what size is best for them.
Order Forms will be available.
Payment will be collected at time of order.
Bulk order will be placed on June 2nd.
Suits should arrive within 7 days.
Swimmers can try on the suits BEFORE or AFTER their practice.
This is the same suit as Year-Round (ACA).

Latex Caps -
Every swimmer will receive a (Latex) Team Cap as part of their Registration.
Silicone Caps are offered for $15 each -
These are on-hand and can be purchased at the Back to Swim/Parent Info Meeting on May 30th.

Time Trial / Team Photo / Star Fish-Pals (Wednesday 6/14/2023)
- T-Shirts handed out
- Swim Team Photo (with STARZ shirts)
- Star Fish / Pals - Starfish Pals is a program our team has used to integrate the team across age groups and to help new or less experienced swimmers acclimate to the sport with a "pal " who has done the swim thing before.
- Time Trials – for swimmers with NO time, or others who would just like to compete.
- PARENTAL HELP will be NEEDED!!!
Relay Carnival (Wednesday, 7/5/2023)
- This is open to Swimmers AND Swimmers' Families (Parents included)
- Signups – Available at Meet on 6/28 and day of Carnival.
- This is a Fundraiser.
- Each Participant pays an Entry Fee only ($5 per participant)
- Participants may compete in up to 5 events

Meet Signup
You will need to opt in/out of all the meets.
The meets will be loaded to our website by June 2nd.
Directions on Meet Signup will be discussed at the Parent Meeting.
Volunteer Signup
ALL parents need to volunteer for 4 meets PLUS 1 session for the HSL Championship Meet.
The meets will be posted on our STARZ website, along with the VOLUNTEER positions that are needed for each meet.
Directions on Volunteer Signup will be discussed at the Parent Meeting.
Concessions
STARZ offers concessions for all HOME MEETS.
We have 3 Home Meets – all are on Wednesday Nights.
EXTRA HELP is needed.
Senior Recognition (Wednesday, 7/12/2023 FG@AR)
All graduating Seniors will be recognized at the last Home Meet.
Raffles
STARZ offers various raffles at ALL HOME MEETS.
