OFFICIALS Training - Summer STARZ swim
For those that are interested in becoming a Stroke and Turn Official or Starter/Admin Official, here is your chance!
Please attend one of the in-person training sessions.

Tomorrow - Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. – In-Person Stroke and Turn Training. (Tomorrow)
May 31, 2023, at 7:15 p.m. – In-Person Starter/Admin Training. (Tomorrow)
Next Tuesday - June 6, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. – In-person Stroke and Turn Training.
June 6, 2023, at 7:15 p.m. – In-person Starter/Admin Training.
Saturday - June 10, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. – In-person Starter/Admin Training.
June 10, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. – In-person Stroke and Turn Training.
For all trainees, it is mandatory that you watch the videos associated with the training. These are located on the HSL website, under the Officials dropdown tab, then resources.
Also, if any Official has either current USA (any LSC) Stroke and Turn or YMCA level 1 or 2 active certifications, they merely need to email a copy of their certification to:
Paul McEndree, HSL Head Official, <[email protected]>, so I can add them to the Stroke and Turn trained lists.
For Starter/Admin, the rules require actual training every year, so please make sure anyone that wishes to be a Starter/Admin, MUST attend a training session!
