Volunteers needed!!
Thank you to all those who have signed up to Volunteer at HSL Champs this weekend.
Unfortunately, we still have SEVERAL volunteer slots open.
It would be extremely unfortunate if the Arena STARZ had to cancel Session 2 of the HSL Championships because we do not have enough volunteers.
Additionally, we do NOT want to pull swimmers from events because parents are not volunteering.
Let's pull together and get the volunteer slots filled.
As a FRIENDLY REMINDER from the STARZ Handbook and the Summer Registration form:
Each family is responsible for signing up for a
minimum of four (4) sessions PLUS one (1) session at HSL
Champs.

HELP! There are still some open volunteer slots for the HSL Champs. Please consider volunteering.
If you have a swimmer (or non-swimmer teen) and they need some volunteer hours, here is their chance!! Here are some fabulous and fun volunteer jobs:
Awards table (attaching labels to awards, collecting labels from the computer table, organizing medals, etc...)
Back up timer (2nd half - holds 2 stop watches and is back up to anyone who has a stopwatch malfunction)
Cleanup (Labor - put things away, cleanup)
Clerk of Course (1 in the courts/gym area and 1 outside -- these are older kids, so most swimmers know what to do)
Concessions (serve food/drinks)
Grill (2nd half -- here is your chance to grill some burgers and hotdogs)
Heat Ribbons (had out heat ribbons to the winners of each heat)
Meet setup (Labor - pull items from the shed, set up concessions, computer table, and court area)
Parking Attendant (Direct Traffic -- wear a really awesome brightly colored vest)
Safety Attendant (Ensure proper safety protocols are met)
