Entry List - Swimmers Events / Heat / Lane Assignments

Meet Theme – Spirit Meet – “Hawaiian!” Leis will be given to the swimmers after warmups.

Swimmer ARRIVAL TIME DETAILS - Please have your swimmers to the POOL and ready to warmup by the below times.

4:30 pm -- age 10 & Unders
4:45 pm – age 11 & Overs

Arrival

All families/swimmers need to arrive through the side gate.

All swimmers must arrive in a suit ready to compete.

Parking

Parking is located in the Ashley’s Furniture parking lot.

Feel free to drop swimmers/family members off at the top of the little side road.

There will be Parking Attendants to help you.

NOTE – There may be a lacrosse or soccer game on the field. So, please avoid parking on the grass across from the soccer fields.

Pool Deck Entrance

Please enter through the side gate that leads to the pool deck.

Chairs / Tents

Families (swimmers & spectators) will need chairs.

Pop-up tents/canopies are permitted on deck.

STARZ Seating

Arena STARZ will sit at the turn end of the pool and along the fence from the Life Guard stand to the turn end of the pool.

Opposing Team Seating

The opposing team will sit in the grass area near the building by the Rec Pool (Pool with the slides).

OFF LIMITS

During the meet, please do not use any deck chairs, lounge chairs, or tables.

Please do not access the other pools.

SWIMMER Check–in

Please have your swimmer check-in with the coaches.

VOLUNTEER Check-in

If you have volunteered for this meet, please check your family in with Jenn Loper, who will be near the gate entrance.

You will receive a raffle ticket for the Volunteer Raffle, which will be drawn during the second half of the meet.

Clerk of Course

Clerk of Course will be combined for this meet.

Heat Winners / Candy Heats

Heat Winners will be awarded. We will have random "Candy Heats" as well.

Announcer

DJ Andy will make announcements regarding the Official's meeting, Timer's meeting, Candy Heats, events to Clerk of Course, changing out of 1st half and 2nd half volunteers, as well as playing a fun mix of music.

Results

Results will be posted near the entrance to the locker rooms (near concessions).

Relays

SWIMMERS -- after your last event, DO NOT LEAVE!!

Please check in with your coach to see if you are in a relay.

Meet Mobile

This meet will be pushed to “Meet Mobile.”

Meet Mobile INFO

Meet Mobile is a downloadable app allowing people to view results as soon as the times are pulled into the computer.

Keep in mind, the times are not official until the event has been adjudicated.

Here are a few examples: DQs need to be entered, Timer Sheets need to be checked to see if any swimmers had changed lanes, questionable dolphin times need to be check, and the list goes on…)

Meet Mobile pricing – the BEST DEAL is to pay for the year - $9.99. Otherwise, Meet Mobile will want to charge you around $2.00 per meet. We have 8 meets plus HSL Champs. It is worth it!

Photos / Facebook

Jamie Stamper will be taking action photos again this meet! Once edited, she will post them on our STARZ FB page. Yay!

Ribbons

There will be ribbons for 1st-6th place. Amy Spenard will prepare ribbons and have them available for pickup within a couple of days after the meet.
