Announcements Week of 11/10

Another great meet on Friday night! Great job to swimmers and diver and shout out to all of the parents that helped the meet run flawlessly!

Attached are the results.

This week:

*Normal practice Mon, Wed and Thursday.

*NO PRACTICE TUESDAY! Pools are closed for Veterans Day. 

**Away/bus meet on Saturday! We will be taking 2 busses to the West Gwinnett Aquatic Center on Saturday evening. Please plan to be at Lassiter at 530pm, back/new gym parking lot. Our Warm Ups will be at 650pm and the meet will start at 720pm. 

We would love for everyone to ride the bus to the meet since it is our only real "away" meet and it is great for team bonding/spirit. However, if your parent makes the drive to the meet athletes are welcome to ride home with them. We just ask that you send us an email so that we have it in writing! 

We will need some parent volunteers for this meet so if you plan to make the trip, please help out and time, etc!

We will NOT have dinner/food table at the meet. Please eat before getting to Lassiter and pack what you need during the meet and bring water/gatorade/etc. 

We are swimming against North Gwinnett and West Forsyth so should be an exciting/different meet with some good competition! 

Meet should be over around 10pm so we will be back at Lassiter 1045/11 but could change so parents please be aware and waiting for the call to pick up your athletes :) 

Please Commit/Decline on the website by the end of the day tomorrow so coaches can start working on the line up.

*We do not have a meet next weekend before thanksgiving or during the break so hopefully most can come to this one! Also, since we only have 3 swim practices this week, make it a priority to be there!

*Mark your calendars for Tuesday, 11/18 for a Spirit Night at Rosa's Pizza! 

*Update to my lost and found pile- black 2024 state team sweatshirt (in addition to black hoodie and pj pants from this year's spirit wear order- left at Walton meet).
