Practice begins Wednesday, October 13th, 2021 with dryland. Athletes MUST be cleared in Dragonfly to participate in practices or meets.

Monday:   7:30 - 8:30 PM
Tuesday:  6:30 - 7:30 PM
Thursday: 7:15 - 8:15 PM
Friday: 6:30 - 7:30 PM

DRYLAND: 
Roswell High School Weight Room
Wednesday: 3:40 - 4:30 PM 

 Year-round swimmers (Swim Atlanta, Dynamo, Gold, Marietta Marlins, Cobb Stingrays, YMCA etc.) must turn in practice forms signed by their year-round coach every two weeks beginning in October. This is REQUIRED and will count toward their lettering ability. Swimmers need four practices per week to be eligible to earn an athletic letter. 

All practice-related attendance questions should be discussed by the athlete in-person with the head coach prior to potential conflicts/issues.
