-Award Ceremony for the afternoon session will be held at the conclusion of the afternoon session and High point trophies will be given to top 6 individual swimmers in each age division. This is also when the Overall Team Winners will be announced.
-All swim parking will be in the main parking lot next to the Field House/Aquatic Center. There are two entrances into the parking lot, with both entrances being on Houston St.
-Access to the pool is through the front of the building, there is no access directly to the pool from the outside. The aquatic center is down the right hallway of the building. There are 3 stairwells for access to the upstairs stands. The pool entrance is at the very end of the hallway through double doors. Only swimmers, coaches, officials and volunteers are allowed on deck.
-All swimmers/parents will have access to the Gym for overflow space if needed and the gym is located down the hall from the pool area. There will NOT likely be any speakers in the gym to hear the announcer, teams should work out how to let their swimmers know what event they are on so no one misses any races.
-The bullpen for 10 and under will be located inside the pool area on the southeast corner end of the pool behind the starting blocks. There will be several rows of chairs set up in this area. Please send your children to the bullpen only when you hear the first call for their event. Your swimmers will stay with you during this meet and only come to the bullpen to be lined up and sent to the blocks.
-IMPORTANT – We will NOT bullpen the swimmers for the relay events. We will need for coaches/volunteers to bullpen their relay teams and have them ready for their assigned races.
-All volunteers must check in with the Volunteer Coordinator at the table set up at the main entrance when you first enter the building.
-Please remind your swimmers/parents that ribbons will NOT be distributed to swimmers after each heat like normal dual meets. We most likely will not have them ready by the end of the meet – we will try though. We will arrange for a time to pickup if we do not.
-There will be a final Psych Sheet showing seeding for each event sent out to each team rep hopefully by end of the day on Wednesday and then Heat Sheet will be out closer to end of the week before Saturday. Heat sheets will NOT be available at the meet, so please have your parents print and bring with them. Results will be LIVE on Meet Mobile app.
Help that I need from each club…
**Please make sure that ALL volunteers check in at the main entrance when they first enter the facility, and the Volunteer Coordinator will be at this table.
**Please make sure to help us keep all parents and spectators OFF the pool deck. Direct them to the upstairs stands overlooking the pool. The pool deck is only for swimmers, officials and volunteers working the meet.
**We have asked for each club to provide volunteers to work the bullpen. Throughout the meet, if it appears that the bullpen can be worked with fewer volunteers, then we may ask some of the bullpen workers to serve as Marshalls at the 4 entrances to the pool deck to help male sure that only swimmers/coaches/volunteers enter the pool deck.
**We will need each club to bring a cooler or two totaling 72 small waters to place at hospitality, timer runners and bullpen. The Volunteer Coordinator will organize where each goes.
* No tents are to be set up outside the building and there will not be food at the event. You can bring in your own for you and your swimmers.
you can find a pool map here
Please remember to mark your swimmers' arm and shoulder as we have done at our dual meets.
