info for 6/20 Rhodes meet

We will be swimming AT Rhodes this Thursday. Warm ups begin at 5pm The meet will start at 6:00.

**Please read all of the following information from Rhodes. 

Food: We are asking that no outside food or drink be brought in as we will have a full concession stand this year.  We will be offering an assortment of chips, snacks, fruit, and drinks (bottled water, Gatorade, sodas, beer, and seltzers). In addition, MemPops will be at the pool selling their sweet treats!

Pizza: We are pre-ordering pizzas for our families for the meet and would like to offer the same for your families. Order by completing the linked Google Sheet. Pizza Ordering Rhodes Swim Meet 6/29  Pizza orders are due Wednesday at 6:00pm. We can't take orders after that.  You simply use this form to place your order (cheese or pepperoni) and pick up your pizza at the concession stand between 6:15pm and 7:00pm.  Please pre-pay via VENMO (@rhodesswimcamp) when you order.  In the notes of your Venmo please add your name and the total number of pizzas you ordered.  The price for each pizza is $20.  

Getting Here: The Alburty Pool on Rhodes College Campus is located closest to the Bailey Lane entrance off of University Street between North Parkway and Jackson. After passing security you’ll turn left at the stop sign and see the pool on the right past the library. The parking lot on the left will be reserved for your team. We will have the area behind the blocks and the north side of the pool blocked off for swimmers, coaches, and volunteers only.
