meet vs Windyke TONIGHT

We’re looking forward to hosting you and Bluff City at Windyke tomorrow evening! Hopefully this email covers everything you need to let your coaches, swimmers, and families know, but if you noticed I’ve left anything out, please let me know!

• Arrival time is 5:00pm. Warmups begin at 5:15pm. Meet will start at 6:00pm! Hopefully the weather will cooperate with us! 
• Please have your parents let the guard at the gate know their name and that they are here for the swim meet. 
• No outside food, drink, or coolers are permitted at Windyke. If a parent has medicine or infant food/breastmilk that requires chilling, please ask a member of staff, and they will be happy to furnish them with a Windyke cooler and ice. 
• I’ve attached the menu we’ll have available for the evening’s meet. We accept cash and credit card for payment. 
• BCBF’s bullpen area will be located along the west side of the pool deck.
