City Meet information
Here are your heat sheets. Please print a copy and bring it to the meet.
You will need to mark your swimmer as we have done for the dual meets.
*be sure they have their last name, first initial and BCBF on their right shoulder.
City meet will be held at University of Memphis the address is
320 Echles Street
Free parking is available in front of the recreation complex, accessible from Houston Street.
Warm ups begin at 8AM. The facility will open at 7:30
I will get there early and try to steak our claim a spot on the small bit bleachers on the pool deck.
ALL 10 and under swimmers need to sit with the team- we will let you know where that designated spot is. It will either be on the pool deck or in the gym. I suggest older swimmers also sit in the same area, but they are responsible for getting themselves to the blocks in time for their races.
Only parents who are volunteering can be on the pool deck.
Spectators can set up in the gym and intermittently watch from the stands.
There is a warm up pool. It is not to be used as a playground. Please tell your swimmers they are not to get into that pool.
Concessions will be open from 8:30-3:00
If you purchased a City Meet T-shirt, I will have them at the meet. Shirts can be purchased at the meet for $15 in the gym.

It is estimated that the meet will end around 3:00. Here is our best guess at a time line of events.
There will be a board at the pool to tell what event we are on and the gym will be announcing event numbers as well.
