This season, we're excited to enhance communication by introducing the SportsYou app. Through SportsYou, you’ll be able to connect directly with coaches and other parents and receive real-time updates about practices, meets, and team events. 🩳 Swim Season Suits and Caps – Order Now!

Our first swim event is quickly approaching! CLICK HERE to order your swimmer’s team suit, and a portion of your purchase will be donated to the team. If you’re interested in ordering a personalized swim cap, please ask a board member for an order form during practice. 

⌚ Stroke & Turn Training

The NorCal Swim League offers training for key volunteer positions, including Stroke & Turn Judge, Starter, and Meet Referee.

Whether you're new or just need a refresher, we encourage you to attend—the more trained volunteers we have, the smoother our meets run!

Stroke & Turn Judges
Monitor swimmers in assigned lanes to ensure proper strokes and turns are performed.

Starter (Home Meets Only)
Instruct swimmers and give the “take your mark” command to start each race using the Whistle Start system.

Meet Referee
Oversees meet operations, conducts the scratch meeting, monitors race finishes, and resolves disputes. Also briefs Stroke & Turn Judges before the meet begins. Must be familiar with League and US Swim Rules.

**PLEASE NOTE: Practice times change on May 5, then again on June 16th due to Del Campo High School’s swim team and school schedule

Monday - Friday
4 - 8 Years Old: 6:40 - 7:10 PM
9 - 12 Years Old: 7:10 - 7:55 PM
13 - 18 Years Old: 8:00 - 9:00 PM
