We’re diving into an exciting month as we officially kick off our 60th Anniversary Season! Our first big event—Time Trials—is on Saturday, May 17, so mark your calendars and prepare to race. Plus, new practice times begin Monday, May 5, and we’re thrilled to welcome our youngest swimmers as Kit Club kicks off the same day!

May 5 – June 13 Practice Schedule

• Kit Club: 5:55 – 6:25 PM
• Ages 4–8: 6:25 – 7:10 PM
• ges 9–12: 7:10 – 7:55 PM
• Ages 13–18: 8:00 – 9:00 PM

🏊 Time Trials

We are kicking off our 60th Anniversary Season with Time Trials on Saturday, May 17. This practice meet allows swimmers to race every event in their age group, set baseline times, and get comfortable with how meets work. It’s also a great way to test our gear and answer questions before the season begins. Swimmer check-in is at 8:30 A.M. SHARP—arrive between 8:00 and 8:30 A.M. to get set up and ready to go!

📢📢📢 We Need Volunteers!

Without strong volunteer support, we cannot run the Time Trials (or any event!). Every role matters, so please sign up to help make this event a success for our team. Click HERE to sign up for a shift and declare your swimmer’s attendance. 

Bring sunscreen, goggles, towels (extra is always good!), sandals or flip-flops, snacks, and water to stay energized. Don’t forget cash for the snack bar and maybe a game between races!

The raffle will be held during Time Trials on May 17. All proceeds directly support the Carmichael Beavers Swim Team, helping fund team activities, equipment, and events for our swimmers.
