Friday's Practice

Heather Dury

Hey Beaver Families!

Champs Weekend is almost here, and we’re kicking things off with one of our favorite traditions—Spirit Practice! 🎉

Join us Friday from 6:30–7:30 PM for our final practice of the season, packed with fun, spirit, and all things BEAVER!

Here’s what’s in store:

  • Free swim for all—splash around and practice relays with your teammates!
  • Bring-your-own dinner—picnic-style fun with friends and family
  • Get decked out—braiding & head-shaving station, nail polish, and poster-making to bring the Beaver spirit to life!
  • Pump-up time—let’s cheer loud and get ready to race fast this weekend!

And don’t miss the fun on Champs Day, a Parent Relay! 🏊‍♀️🏊
It’s a 200 free relay (2 laps per parent), and it’s your chance to cool off and represent for the grown-ups. Want in? Let us know, and we’ll get you on the relay list!

Let’s finish strong, have some fun, and show everyone what Beaver spirit is all about!

Go Beavers! 🦫💙
