City Job Signups Open Friday (6/13) at 12pm
As the season marches on and we soak up the summertime fun on the pool deck, we are continuing to prepare for the Walnut Creek All City Meet happening June 28–29. This is your friendly reminder that every family with a swimmer in the meet must sign up for one job that weekend.
Job signups will open Friday, 6/13 at 12:00 PM
They will close Sunday, 6/15 at 12:00 PM
Important Notes & Reminders:

If your swimmer is competing in the All-City Meet, you must sign up for one job—even if you bought out for dual meet jobs, you sponsored the team, or your swimmer is in the 15–18 age group.

Families who have not signed up for a job will, unfortunately, see their swimmer(s) removed from the meet. We truly want to avoid empty lanes—so let’s all pitch in!

Most positions are 3-hour timer shifts in specific lanes. Other roles such as floater/spirit tent monitor, relay shephard, and feeding our coaches are also available.

When signing up, please enter the name and phone number of the person working the shift.

If you plan to hire a sub, please notify me so we can keep track.

Click an open slot, then hit Sign Up
Buyout Lottery Update:
If you entered into the buy-out raffle, you will receive an email before 12pm tomorrow letting you know if your name was picked or not. If you won a buy out, please do not sign up for a job.
